Coolant-cutting fluids (SOZh)
SOZh MR-1U is used in the process of machine and automated cutting, including some thread cutting operations (with a screw-cutter, threading die or a milling cutter), drawing, gear shaping and drilling of carbon and alloy-treated structural stainless steels.
Emulsol T Grade A is used as a component of coolant-cutting water-oil emulsions for cold rolling operations at metallurgical plants and cold-cutting operations at metalworking factories.
Hydraulic oils
ESh is a hydraulic fluid for high-loaded mechanisms hydraulic systems.
VMGZ is used in land-based continuous-duty equipment hydraulic systems operated out-of-doors within the temperature range from –50°C to +60°C.
VMGZ-45 is used in hydraulic drive systems of construction, road, logging, lift-and-carry, agricultural and other machines operating in the open air at the effective oil volume temperature from -40°C to +80°C, depending on the type of hydraulic pump.
AU spindle oil is used as a hydraulic fluid for hydraulic drives within the temperature range from -(30-35)°C to +(90-100)°C.
Hardening oils
MZM-16 quenching oil is used for quenching metals.
MZM-26 quenching oil is used for quenching metals.
MZM-120 quenching oil is used for quenching metals.
Refrigerator oils
HA-30 is used in ammonia or carbonic acid compressors.
HF 12-16 is used in freon refrigerating unit compressors, which run on the R-12 cooling agent.
HF 22-24 is used in freon refrigerating unit compressors, which run on the R-22 cooling agent.
HF 22s-16 synthetic oil is used for lubricating compressors of refrigerating units, running on Freon.
HS-40 synthetic oil is used in compressors of refrigerating units, which work in the temperature range from -50°C to +150°C.
